Can I manually change my memos?
All you need to do is log into the social network site (ie: Twitter) and manually change your status/memo. You cannot currently change this through SpinVox.
Do I have to have ALL the services?
No. In fact, you can just keep a log of your memos on labs.spinvox.com.
How do I know what number to call?
Based on the country you selected during sign-up, a number will appear at the top of your screen when you login into labs.spinvox.com. We recommend you save this number into your contacts, maybe under 'SpinVox'
Why are my networks not updating correctly?
If you've changed your password on your social networks, then you will need to update your network settings as well.
Can I call from any phone?
No. Your calls must originate from the number that you signed up with during registration.
Which services are you planning on supporting?
Currently, "Social Networks" or "Share through SpinVox" is only compatible with Jaiku, Twitter and Facebook. We are constantly developing new integration tools and hope to launch with more network sites in the near future.
Is there any limit to how many times I can call and make a post?
Nope, but please remember that this is a SpinVox labs product and we're still ironing out the bugs!

Is my phone carrier supported?
Do you hear a dial tone? Then yes, you're carrier is supported.
My message never came through, what gives?
Check to make sure that you have the correct number listed in your settings. If everything looks good, then your message was probably hard for us to hear. Try again and, if nothing happens, please e-mail support@spinvox.com.
I have a question mark (?) in my message, what's up with that?
This means we had a hard time converting that particular word into text. Make sure you speak clearly when using "Share through SpinVox".
How do I just post to Facebook (Jaiku or Twitter)?
Simple. Just say the name of the network where your message should appear before you leave your memo, eg: "Facebook, running late for work." This will post to your Facebook only. To post a message on all three networks, just don't name a network. Told you it was simple.
